Racing thoughts, tension, or worry that won't quiet down, even when things seem fine.
Past Trauma
Difficult experiences that still affect your mood, relationships, or sense of safety today.
Depresión
Feeling stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected from things you used to enjoy.
Transiciones de la vida
Feeling more like roommates than partners, or growing apart over time.
Autoestima
A critical inner voice that makes it hard to feel confident or worthy.
Manejo del estrés
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unable to switch off.
TDAH
Easily distracted, trouble staying on task, and frequently loses or misplaces items.

Common Questions
Couples Therapy FAQ
How often will I need to come in?
Most clients start weekly to build momentum, then shift to biweekly or monthly as they meet their goals. We'll revisit this together as therapy progresses.
What if I don't know what to talk about?
That's completely normal, and common in a first session. Your therapist will help guide the conversation — you don't need to arrive with an agenda.
Is individual therapy available in Spanish?
Yes. Several of our therapists provide individual sessions fully in Spanish.
Can I switch therapists if it's not the right fit?
Absolutely. Finding the right fit matters, and we're happy to help you connect with a different therapist on our team if needed.
Do you work with teens as well as adults?
Yes — several of our therapists work specifically with teens as well as adults.
Is Individual Therapy Right for You?
Individual therapy may be a good fit if you're looking for personalized support, practical coping strategies, and a compassionate space to better understand yourself and create lasting change.
