My beliefs stem from the thought that each person exists in this world to enjoy and experience significant relationships. These relationships are based on a number of healthy factors, and their very existence is to add meaning to our lives. Unfortunately, we arent born with a manual on how to maintain and encourage those relationships. Through our upbringing, we learn how relationships work, and we expect all others to behave in the same manner. Crises can come out of dysfunctional or unhealthy perceptions of how a relationship is supposed to work, and it is through these moments that I believe valuable lessons can occur.
