    My Approach to Helping

The most fulfilling aspect of my work as a psychotherapist is witnessing others attain mental, emotional, and spiritual balance in their lives. In doing so, you will find yourself better equipped to cope with the vicissitudes (i.e. unwelcome, unpleasant changes) that occur during the course of one’s life. My theoretical approach is both holistic and integrative, meaning that I believe nothing happens in isolation and that when working on improvements in one area will also impact other areas of one’s life. Moreover, those situations that are affecting you emotionally, are also affecting your body and spirit. For that reason, we will be looking at what supports you and what challenges you in multiple areas of your life.
