Personal Statement

In my life I have worked with therapists who helped clarify my confusion, settle my fears, and move forward. Now I can offer the same to others – tools in the art of living. I pledge to do my best to help you find your strengths, and collaborate with you to achieve your goals until you reach them, or feel the self-assurance to do it on your own. I also enjoy helping couples learn to communicate better to end exhausting arguments.

I specialize in helping to re-focus a sense of purpose…a way to step into your life more completely. For some, this may include bringing clarity to the process of illness and dying. For others, especially men, this may include taking action if feeling adrift. In all my work, Mindfulness techniques are especially effective.
