Personal Statement

I provide personalized treatment for each individual, depending on their specific needs. Not only do I provide a number of services to promote holistic healing, but I educate my clients to use a number of techniques, so they may be equipped with the tools to face life’s challenges.

Although I specialize in trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), I also provide services to individuals, couples (of all genders), families, non-family groups, and students. Other issues people may see me for include anxiety, depression, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, addictions, and much more. Clients can also schedule sessions for life coaching, guidance toward personal growth, and yoga and meditation.

I offer a range of modalities from which I strive to treat person physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. These methods include energy psychology techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), resourcing/brain spotting, thought field therapy (TFT), emotional freedom technique (EFT), neurolinquistic programming (NLP), clinical hypnotherapy, reflexology, and meditation.
