    My Approach to Helping

    Susan believes that within each indivdual, couple and family are the resources to make change. Through psychotherapy, she helps clients identify and use these resources to grow and change.

    Susan specializes in sex and internet addictions, alcohol and drug addictions and partners of addicts. She treats addictions with both group and individual therapy using a psychoeducational and cognitive behavioral approach.

    More Info About My Practice

    I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), a Certified Daring Way Facilitator (CDWF), a Certified Partner & Trauma Therapist (CPTT) Candidate, and an experienced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have been in practice since 1986. Through psychotherapy, I help clients identify and use these resources to grow and change. I specialize in empowering people to resolve issues such as: addictions, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, family discord, couples conflict, parenting struggles and post divorce relationships.

    I provide individual, couples, group and family psychotherapy for both short term and long term problematic areas. I believe that within each individual, couple and family are resources to make change. I provide ongoing groups for sex, porn and internet addiction for both addicts and their partners as well as Daring Way and betrayal trauma groups.
