Personal Statement

Struggling to cope with everyday life demands, important or distressing events or big changes in your life? Are you anxious or depressed; irritable, angry or snappy and you can’t relax? Struggling to concentrate at work and in your daily life? Are you self-critical, self-blaming and self-doubting? You focus on your weaknesses rather than your positive qualities? Want to find ways to improve your relationship and get connected again? Looking for a therapist open, accepting and experienced working with people of all life styles, backgrounds and beliefs? In therapy you can learn coping skills that help you feel better, get through challenging times and make positive changes in your life. Let me help you gain balance in your life.

In my practice I help clients face challenges such as relationship issues, cross-cultural challenges, trauma and secondary trauma recovery, and self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, career or academic performance, parenting struggle and personal growth. Therapy that I provide is personally tailored to individual needs of each client.

For most couples, a happy relationship involves much more than an operational household. Most people want to feel a high degree of emotional connection with their partner. They are wanting to come home to someone who sincerely understands, appreciates, and accepts them for who they are, and who supports them in pursuing what is important to them.
