Many people hit roadblocks in their lives that seem impossible to overcome. I can work with you on your most personal problems relating to your thoughts, emotions, and actions in order to help you achieve a more fulfilling and meaningful life. My primary style is cognitive-behavioral therapy while also drawing on other therapeutic approaches such as solution-focused therapy and family-focused therapy. My goal as your therapist is to tailor a personalized treatment plan to help you alter unproductive behaviors and harmful ways of thinking to alleviate the problem and its symptoms in a compassionate and safe setting.
I provide individual, couples, and family counseling in addition to group therapy in a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. I also provide assessment services. My areas of specialty are depression, anxiety, and thought disorders. I also conduct group therapy in bipolar disorder, insomnia, personality disorders and parenting support.
