I am trained in Health Psychology and am an expert in mind and body wellness. I teach people how to be kind to themselves and prioritize the things that are important to them. I specialize in helping clients manage stress related to their physical dysfunctions as well as manage the stress that may have caused physical distress.
With a background as a Personal Trainer, I am especially passionate about physical and mental connections, focusing on the correlative health of the whole human. In session, my clients and I explore empowerment through personal responsibility, self care and confidence.
