    My Approach to Helping

Most people that come to see me are struggling with perfectionism and have a tendency to put themselves last and please others first. They feel exhausted and they would like to find a better way of living and being. My specialty is helping these individuals find a balance between their true self and being a human that is able to make mistakes.

If you find yourself struggling with the same issues and would like to stop the energy drain then give me a call.

I work best with individuals who are no longer willing to settle for living on an empty tank and are ready to find a better way.

    More Info About My Practice

I work at two separate office locations. Monday – Tuesday – Thursday I am at Northwinds Counseling in Rogers, MN and on Wednesday’s I am at Parasol Wellness Collaborative in Otsego, MN.

Specific Issue(s) I’m Skilled at Helping With

Perfectionism – I am not only a recovering perfectionist myself, but I have also done extensive research on the subject. I can identify with why perfectionists do what we do as well as empathize with the burden of perfectionism. I can help you identify your perfectionist tendencies, understand why you do them, find alternative behaviors, and ultimately reduce the stress you feel from the consequences of perfectionism.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I get to live my purpose each day and make a difference. I also enjoy helping others find their purpose.
