Specific Issue(s) I’m Skilled at Helping With

Trauma is a word that is often overused and it’s meaning diluted. That being said, if you have ever lived through an event or series of events that wounded you and impacted your ability to live fully in the world, then being in therapy with a therapist who understands these issues can be a life altering and enhancing experience. You deserve to live a life that is not hamstrung by having lived through and survived events that you felt were traumatic. Feeling safe and understood is so important as the process of therapy unfolds and the quality of your life improves.

    Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

When you feel safe and trusting while working with me as your therapist, you can begin to work on your issues – without fear of judgement, retaliation for the expression of any feeling, and acceptance. This is your one and only life. Your time spent in therapy is 100% focused on you and the issues that brought you into treatment.
