My approach to mental health counseling encompasses this quote because life can bring about as much as you put into it from the lessons to the mysteries. I believe that people have that innate sense to become resilient and monitor their actions regardless of how adverse the circumstance. Individuals with the right self-motivating tools can end their dwelling on lifes imperfections and reach their ideal state a person should be proactive to establish change consciously.
As a therapist, I can assist with shaping behaviors and habits that can guide a client to visualize and then tangibly create what they want mentally. My approach is warm, strong listening skills, emphatic, non-judgmental and accepting. The areas I offer expertise to help care for individuals that feel depressed, moody, anxious, stuck or even overwhelmed.
