Personal Statement

A safe place to land. I value your path in life. My goal in therapy is to help you make the transitions that will help you gain the most out of your life. Whatever the challenges you face — trauma, emotional or physical abuse, addiction recovery, codependency, relationship difficulties, loss and grief, or a lack of meaning and direction, we treat you as a partner in your recovery and growth.

Confidential, professional and nurturing environment. Therapy is not a job to me, it is a mission. My mission is to help you balance your life and gain a wonderful fullness of mind, body and spirit. I have worked with a number of clients who came in frightened by trauma, anxiety and panic attacks. It is such a pleasure to watch them conquer those negative experiences and feel whole again. We can then move into dealing with everyday stresses, addiction, interpersonal difficulties or relationships. “It is a miracle”… has been said by more than one client, others expressed “I can’t believe how far I’ve come,” Most say they’re pleased with how quickly we ‘tuned in’ to just what they needed.
