Personal Statement

Under This Umbrella Community Foundation is a judgement free zone, and work with everyone with respect and empathy. Virtual Telehealth is provided to keep client’s safe from COVID-19, end transportation issues, & accommodate busy schedules. I am a registered Marriage and Family Therapist, a Professional Educational Counselor, and Certified Anger Management Counselor, and I look forward to working with everyone to assist in moving away from sadness, trauma, and being anxious. The goal is to change negative into positive. It is important to empower individuals to protect themselves against the storms of life. I support each individual as they work towards behavioral change, renew faith in daily life, and promote higher levels of understanding through counseling. The foundations environment is friendly and we meet people where they are to provide the care each individual requires. We provide Individual and Group sessions for Sadness, Stress Management, Anger Management, Parenting Skills, and Addiction Maintenance, to work towards change. We also work with families to strengthen interpersonal functioning. This is done by providing evidence-based tools to motivate people to be the best they can be. It is not unusual for people to go through their entire life, and never get the help they need for real life problems, that can be changed.

Finding the strength to work towards change in therapy is sometimes the bravest thing one can do to make positive change, and we look forward to assisting you as a Therapist, Life Coach, or Counselor.
