Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Brea, Ca. I specialize in working with individuals, families, couples, and children. I enjoy learning about what strengths you already encompass, and how we can work together to build upon them to help you feel your best. Covid-19 has increased many feelings of isolation, loneliness, and has caused new stressors upon many of us. Some individuals are seeking therapy for the first time, and if you are one of those individuals congratulations for taking the first steps to improving your overall happiness.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I can work with you to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Everyone goes through their own path in life and may need some guidance along the way in how to cope with the stress that various life situations bring our way such as relationship struggles, communication issues, divorce, loss, anxiety struggles, or bouts of depression. Let’s work together in learning new strategies and skills to become the best you again.
