You may be wondering: Is art therapy for adults? Can I talk the whole session and not make art? Some people are more comfortable talking and choose not to use art making for exploration. Others discover that art therapy can help with stress management and exploration and enhance verbal processing.
From a trauma informed perspective I will provide a safe space for you to process your experiences and challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, complex trauma and related issues, body and food issues, relationship and interpersonal challenges, as well as creativity and career discovery and growth.
