Personal Statement

Change comes to us all, but many times it is unwelcomed or overwhelming. We lead busy and complicated lives, and it isn’t always easy to adapt. But with change comes great opportunities, and with the right approach, we can turn these opportunities into a fulfilling life.

Each of us comes to this life with a unique perspective, based on our biological, psychological, environmental, and cultural backgrounds. It is my job to help you sort out your present conflicts through these unique perspectives, as well as lead you toward identifying and resolving long-standing behavioral issues. In a non-judgmental and safe environment, I can provide a solution-focused and interactive approach to support you through whatever complicates your life.

I specialize in working with young adult individuals and groups, as well as working with people regarding the following issues: stress, anxiety, depression, anger, perfectionism, relationship and family conflicts, family-of-origin problems, multicultural complexities, academic and professional issues, self-esteem, addictions, and parenting challenges.
