    My goal is to help you get what you really want and need in the most loving, gentle, safe, and effective way we can! I have decades of experience doing this, and I use a wide range of proven and effective therapies that are skillfully blended to get you to get faster results. I use kindness, honesty, and developing inner peace to help you in this process.

    With a strong grounding in traditional therapies, as well as decades of study of mindfulness and state of the art therapies, we work with whatever your issues are.

    I take several insurances, including Medicare, Rocky Mountain, and VA.

    Office hours are Monday through Friday 10-5.

    It is important to determine if we are a good fit. So, I offer an initial consult by phone or Doxy.me were we can meet and discuss your situation.

    Fees are $150 for cashcheckCC, $180 for coachingconsulting. The session length is 55 minutes.
