Melissa Counseling & Coaching focuses on each individual or relationship as a worthy and valuable contribution to the world. You matter and I am here to help you discover that, believe that and live that. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, career and transitions (divorce, grief, job loss, etc.).
My style is direct and collaborative. I focus on four areas that can be used for change: thoughts, feelings, physiology and behavior. I integrate counseling with coaching in order to explore and then put into action what’s discovered. One without the other is only half of the picture.
