My Approach to Helping
As Carl Jung said, “We cannot change anything unless we accept it.” And, we cannot accept it until we are aware of it. My philosophy is to assist you in discovering what isn’t working in your life, identify the source(s) of those blocks and create a working plan to move you toward the life you do desire to be living. There is no right or better life. Judgment does not facilitate change. Inspiration and clarity of purpose do. I use practical, direct methods for tapping into the potential you hold. Together we forge a new path.

Specific Issue(s) I’m Skilled at Helping With
Transitions are an area that I specialize. When you are moving from one way of being, a specific place in a relationship, a new career endeavor or any change that takes you into new situations or onto new ground, your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical worlds change. An obvious by-product of that journey is working on self-empowerment and self-worth. I have been a transitions coach for seven years prior to entering the more in-depth field of psychotherapy. I have successfully walked that journey with hundreds of courageous people over the years. I embrace transitions and share that confidence and experience with you during your transition.
