Personal Statement

Are you seeking to make meaning of difficult experiences, to lower ever-present anxiety and depression, and to be more present in your relationships and in your life as a whole? Has your relationship found itself in the midst of crisis and in need of a guide through this time? I help my clients address and let go of pain, establish holistic mind/ body/ soul health, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves, their loved ones, and their life’s purpose.

Through establishing a genuine therapeutic relationship, I can help you see yourself through the eyes of curiosity rather than harsh judgement. I help couples increase intimacy, work through crises, evaluate their relationship and life goals, and deepen their connection.

I would love to hear from you! My hope for you and for all my clients is that you are able to embrace authenticity, reduce judgement of yourself, and feel true personal peace, self-love, and grounding.
