    My Approach to Helping

My position as a therapist is to listen and provide tools for people who come to therapy because they are hoping for direction with issues that cause them to feel varying degrees of anger, fear, confusion, hopelessness, restlessness, and loneliness. I believe in the strength of a mindbodyspirit connection. My therapeutic goal is to work with clients who want to engage in the process of understanding how issues of control and separation from others may be understood, re-envisioned, reintegrated, and refined in order to bring them back into healthy relationships with self and others.
