    My Approach to Helping

*** Please note I am not accepting new clients at this time ***

I work with teens, kids, and families who are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, chronic illness, trauma, bullying, depression, grief, and parent-child conflicts. I also help people struggling with school and work, as well as behavioral challenges such as developing social skills and self-esteem, or learning to manage ADHD and anger.

I offer counseling that is friendly, warm, and down-to-earth. My work enables kids and teens to explore their emotions and develop problem-solving skills in a safe and child-centered setting. I use evidence-based-goal-oriented treatment protocols that research has shown to be highly effective for children and adolescents.

My goal is to provide kids and their families with holistic solutions that solve problems by honoring the unique emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual, and psychological needs of each family, child, and parent. I view each child as a whole person, allowing healing to naturally occur as children discover their inner strengths and create lasting solutions.
