    My Approach to Helping

Insideout Living, Inc. is a counseling center focusing on liberating the client’s natural ability to move toward well-being and health from the “inside out.” Committed to their ongoing healing and growth, the Insideout Living staff is absolutely passionate about facilitating change for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Based on cutting edge, evidence-based research, the interventions help the client understand how the mind and brain are shaped by experiences and relationships. Treatment yields rapid results that allow the client to make impactful changes that lead to healing and growth.

    More Info About My Practice

    – For those that need more than weekly visits, we have Intensive Outpatient Programming.

    – The Intensive Outpatient Programming is for those struggling with a behavior addiction, past trauma that continues to impact your present. You may be overwhelmed, stuck, feel like you can?t slow down, or feeling like something is just off.

    – Weekly groups that help to process and make connections that seem to happen much quicker, when with others. I know it may feel scary and the majority begin to feel a part of the group, pretty quickly.
