I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and have helped people create solutions for over 20 years. I have experience with life transitions (divorce, grief, job loss or change, and other major life changes), depression, trauma, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, and PTSD. I know that I can create a safe place for you to share, and offer you my compassion and the non-judgmental listening that you deserve.
I try to suit my approach to you as an individual, but I primarily use Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Emotional Freedom Technique is a skill I can teach you, so that you can help yourself. I’m also trained in wellness coaching.
