Personal Statement

Starting therapy is an essential step toward finding inner peace and balance. Through an individualized, professional, and compassionate plan, you will find a path toward wellbeing and personal growth. In a supportive and warm environment, we can work to identify what behaviors and circumstances are preventing you from living a life of fulfillment and potential.

I am a cognitive behavioral and interpersonal therapist, specializing in a range of issues, which include postpartum adjustment and mood disorders (depression/anxiety); perinatal loss; infertility; depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders; adolescent counseling; family counseling; parental support; grief counseling; work and career issues; and stress management.

The services I provide are for adolescent and adult individuals, as well as families. I offer couples’ counseling regarding postpartum and perinatal issues. In addition to these services, I also provide group therapy, consultations for professions, and presentations and workshops for the general public. Most of these educational resources are for mothers and mothers-to-be, medical staff and clinicians, and members of the childbirth community.
