Taking the first step toward seeking counseling can be uncomfortable and intimidating. These are normal feelings that can easily be alleviated with an initial phone call or email. Growing up in our technologically advanced day and age has imposed stressors upon us, through which most of us never learned to navigate. This often leads to feeling isolated and defeated, which manifests in our thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors.

I will aide you in exploring the origin of your emotions while providing empathy, emotional validation, and consideration. Through this therapeutic relationship, you will be able to understand your emotions more authentically, gain insight into inhibiting thought processes, change counterproductive patterns of behavior, and develop healthy ways of coping.
I have extensive experience working with clients who struggle with symptoms of anxiety and depression. I have also had the privilege of interacting with individuals and families who have presented with a wide range of clinical issues and unique needs. I have experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
