Personal Statement

I am a holistic psychotherapist and eating disorder specialist with over 10 years experience. I will help you become less ‘stuck’, tame your “monkey mind,” and slow your racing thoughts about food, exercise, calories, and your body. I aim to re-connect you with yourself and develop healthy relationships with others. It can be transformative and powerful when we move out of our heads and drop down into our bodies. Let’s find your authentic voice…together. You do not have to be in this alone.
