Having over a decade of experience working with individuals having either Chemical or Mental Health or both diagnosis, I provide therapy and counseling for clients that want to experience change in their lives. As a Dually Licensed Clinician my passion is in helping people improve their lives, relationships, and to find greater fulfillment and purpose in their lives. I assist individuals to examine thoughts, habits, and unspoken assumptions, & to better understand and integrate negative emotional experiences I would be honored to work with you.

I am aware of the challenges of how chemical and mental health impacts one another and ones’s spirituality as well. My counseling approach is authentic, warm with an accepting attitude. Contact me today to set up an appointment today.

Therapy is not always enjoyable. However, I incorporate compassion & honesty which allows one to feel comfortable.
