Kayla A Clayton MSW, LCSW, APSW works with individuals, groups, and couples who are having a wide range of emotions or concerns which I provide therapy services. My private practice includes diverse populations including young children, adolescents, adults and geriatric individuals. I also provide therapeutic services in the homes of older adults who are homebound and in retirement facilities.

I have an intensive clinical experience in mental health and medical social work. My mental health experience started in a state operated mental health hospital serving adults and geriatric individuals who were struggling with chronic mental health diagnoses including psychotic disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, addiction and forensic concerns.

I believe in an integrated approach to evidenced based therapy including CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Client Centered, Group Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy to teach clients how to overcome emotional distress.
