I work with children, teens, and adults to improve their overall health and wellbeing both as an individual and/or as a family. I believe that we are born with intuition as a means of helping us make decisions regarding our health and wellbeing. I believe that we learn through life and experiences to ignore those intuitions based on what our society expects. By understanding our struggles and learning how to balance the areas of mind, body and spirit , I believe we can achieve a life peace.
My work with clients includes helping them to identify triggers, understand their stress and find ways to balance the mind, body and spirit by building a daily self-care practice that includes mental, physical, emotional and spiritual practices. I use a variety of techniques depending on the age and needs of my client.
