My passion is working with college students and young adults with depression, anxiety, relationship and addiction issues. By collaborating together, we will strengthen coping skills and create a road map to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and get you back on track.
I have been providing mental health and addiction counseling since 2006 in both individual, couples and group settings. I come from a strengths-based perspective utilizing research based interventions. These include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, The Harm reduction Model, among others.
