    My Approach to Helping

We specialize in Men’s Issues, SexIntimacy Therapy, CouplesRelationship Therapy, and Trauma.

Men often seek our services for help with relationship issues (communication, infidelity, uncertainty), emotional issues (restricted emotions, anger), or behavioral issues (substance use, pornography addiction, controllingrigid behavior). They benefit from working with therapists who specialize in men’s issues and can relate in a very personal way to the majority of issues they bring into therapy. While we have a wonderful female therapist on our team, Paige Geisinger, men sometimes have a hard time opening up about their problems and may find it easier to discuss certain men’s issues with another male.

Our work with couples utilizes Emotion Focused Therapy, or EFT, and the Gottman Method, both of which are the most commonly used forms of relationship therapy on the planet and are absolutely based in research. We help to build skills for communication, foster deeper connection, and develop new skills for enhancing friendship. Through our work, partners gain clarity about their interactions, learn how to break out of unhealthy cycles, and feel cared about, understood, and respected.

We encourage you to take a look at our company website, as it gives much more information about the ways we can help!
