Personal Statement
As a Clinical Social Worker and graduate from the University of Michigan, I strive to provide empathetic and supportive therapy for individuals, families and children while utilizing an eclectic approach. I employ psychotherapy, family systems, and cognitive behavioral ideas along with up-to-date perspectives on life style and diet.
My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where we can explore issues related to anxiety, depression, life style, relationship and family concerns. I am sensitive to the ways in which previous traumas can play a role in the development of these concerns. Working though historical and present day concerns with an experienced therapist can help overcome challenges and lead to the development of a more comfortable and satisfying life.
