    My Approach to Helping

Men: Does your life lack joy and passion? Does your marriage or partnership lack the closeness you desire? All of us need to know what we are feeling in order to know what we want. I help men identify their feeling and use them as a guide to making their relationships and lives better.

Couples: Do you feel like you are having the same fight over and over again? Do you feel unseen and unheard by your partner? Do you feel more distant and yearn for the closeness you started with? I will teach you the communication skills you need to resolve conflict and move beyond the hurts of the past. I will coach you on how to speak up for your needs, develop listening skills and forge the tools needed for create greater intimacy.

Women: Do you find yourself exhausted and resentful by taking on too much? Do you end up doing too much of the shopping, housework, childcare at home? I will help you develop the skills needed to speak up, set limits and stop feeling guilty.

I also work with teens on managing their emotions and having the social skills needed to prosper at school and at home.

I bring my passion for helping individuals and couples honed over my twenty-five years in practice. I also bring my life experience as a father and marriage partner of thirty years to supporting your work.

I currently have openings in my weekly therapy groups and for individual therapy clients.
