Whatever the problems are that you are experiencing now, most likely they developed over time. For example if you are currently experiencing feelings of low self-esteem, I want to help you find the source of those feelings. It may have been one extremely negative experience, but more often, it has come from repeated experiences of the same theme.
You have formed beliefs about yourself, your abilities, your place in the world and what you deserve in life. What if you had never had those negative experiences? How differently might you feel now? Well, we cannot undo the past, but we can change how you feel about those events.
Both EFT and EMDR are the best methods I know of, both professionally and personally, to clear negative emotions and reactions to past unpleasant memories. When those negative feelings are released, your present thoughts and responses become more peaceful. Life becomes easier and feels better. Your goals become more easily attainable.
