Personal Statement

Are you ready to make a change? Are you tired of doing the same thing over and over with the same results? My clients find my insightful, holistic, honest approach to be calming and helpful. It is important to have someone you trust by your side. I embrace diversity and spirituality, but also find laughter and humor to be very healing. Some of my specialities include: PTSD/trauma, performance enhancement, relationship issues, mood disorders, family and parenting issues, DID, abuse issues, military, work issues, sexuality issues, and more.

Helping others has been a life-long passion. I am prior Army Reservist and a Navy retiree spouse. I have worked for both AF and Navy as a counselor. I provide both counseling and consulting services for individuals/couples/families/groups. I offer concierge services for your company.

I am trained in: EMDR, DBT, CPT, Gottman Marriage program, and other relationship/parenting programs. I have developed a method called QDM (Questions Discover Meaning) to teach others to find their own internal answers. I am also a Board Certified Supervisor for licensure for Social Workers.
