I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and work with individuals and teens. I want to work collaboratively with you to create a life that is meaningful to you. I will help you explore the ways in which your emotional, mental and physical well-being are interconnected. In addition to talk therapy, I use art, mindfulness, guided breathing and other modalities to facilitate awareness and build coping skills. I am a LGBTQIA affirmative, body positive therapist and incorporate intuitive eating principles into my work. I have nearly ten years of experience both working and studying in the mental health field. My work experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings, schools, and non-profit experience.
