    My Approach to Helping

I provide a dynamic, yet emotionally safe and supportive environment to help you find your authentic goodness, identify and re-frame any limiting beliefs, and grow both personally and professionally. I value everyone’s life journey and the trust they place in my ability to walk with them, to see things differently, find new ways of being, and make conscious choices that are vital to living authentically. I also believe in the power of words… and help people identify, and feel OK with using new “scripts” for communicating effectively with their world. I apply a holistic approach to working with my clients, addressing the “whole” self” and “worklife systems”. I provide support and new learning in the areas of stress reduction, living mindfully, physical fitness, nutrition, sleep, and overall wellness.
