Personal Statement

We can all benefit from therapy. In times of feeling overwhelmed or stuck under the weight of a problem, we are commonly filled with feelings of self-doubt, helplessness, worthlessness, & negativity that hold us back from being the people we know we are. If we don’t get help, we might find ourselves in a rut with bigger and more complicated problems. Just remember that throughout the journey of life, we all hit a few bumps in the road that might set us back. The important thing is, by seeking counseling services, you’re already proving you know what to do to start thriving!

Your success is my success! What you gather from a website can only provide you with so much information. I respect people for where they are at in their lives, and work from a warm, non-judgmental, collaborative approach that is empowering, honoring, and uplifting for optimal self-growth.

Financial Assistance: I do have sliding scale openings at this time. I believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone. I make a concerted effort not to turn anyone away due to financial considerations, and will work with you to determine a fair fee. If I cannot be of service, I will do my best to provide you with appropriate referrals.
