Personal Statement

How cool that you found your way to me! I’m a psychotherapist and life coach focusing on helping young adult women to up their self-esteem, decrease anxiety and doubt in order to have lives they’re totally obsessed with! I believe that the truly important work happens between the actual meetings which is why I make myself super available to you! I don’t just have a weekly session, I provide regular contact to my clients, weekly and monthly bonuses as well as free guided meditations.

Therapy is about experiencing freedom from suffering and creating changes that will help you live a more authentic, fulfilling life. I use a mindfulness and strengths-based approach with each client, focusing on your unique needs and how to best help craft a plan that enables you to feel better faster.
