Personal Statement

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor, as well as being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have worked in the Mental Health field since 2008, obtaining experience in Case Management, Home Based Therapy, Individual, Couples, Family and Group Therapy, Psychiatric Hospital Intake, and Supervision/Management.

My specialties include children aged 6-17, and their family support system. I work to provide child and family therapy to strengthen the parental role, while developing positive relationships. Additional specialties include any patients struggling with Mood Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, and PTSD/Trauma.

Available treatment options include Individual, Family, Couples, and Group Therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I work with my patients to establish their goals for therapy, and assist them to reach those identified goals in their own time. The most important person in the therapy session is YOU, and therefore I will coordinate and collaborate with you to develop the best treatment approach for you. Call me today, and let’s get started to redefining a healthy, happy YOU!!!
