Personal Statement

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist offering individuals and couples the opportunity to improve the quality of their lives by resolving the issues which are troubling them. Whether suffering from relational difficulties, depression, anxiety, addiction or self esteem issues, you will learn to overcome those difficulties and experience an overall sense of well being which is your birthright. This is done in a safe and confidential setting where you will feel comfortable and able to relax.

Healing is accomplished through a combination of family systems (what has been passed down to you through the generations), cognitive/behavioral(replacing negative thinking with positive coping skills), and success oriented therapy.

I have practiced in the Stamford/Greenwich area for more than 30 years. Office hours include early morning, daytime, evening and Saturday morning appointments. Fees are based on s sliding scale, according to family income, and most insurances are accepted.
