My approach is engaged and caring, providing a safe and supportive environment, where you can reflect and develop new ways of handling challenges you are facing. Do you have a child or adolescent who is struggling in school or peer relationships? Do you wonder if you might benefit from therapy – get help moving through pain and discomfort? I specialize in multiple areas including Eating Disorders, Trauma & PTSD, and EMDR. If you are in need of help, I can help you discover more meaning and well-being in your life.
I utilize specific therapies designed to help you improve emotions and thoughts and the resulting behaviors. in my 14 years of practice I have come to believe that while pain may be an inevitable part of life, suffering doesn’t have to be. I can help you create change by working through the worry, pain, and suffering that we all experience one time or another in the course of life.
