Mind Spa is a practice of therapists who are competent in a very broad range of issues and life circumstances. When you call Mind Spa, you can expect to speak to someone that is genuinely concerned about the problem(s) that you are facing. The goal of the first counseling appointment is to get a good understanding of the struggles that are currently going on and what changes you would like to have happen. We’ll talk about the options for achieving your goals and what fits for you.
The journey of counseling can be bumpy. Sharing your life story with a stranger isn’t easy for most people. But we promise that we will travel on the journey along side you with non-judgmental compassion and help lead you, when needed, in the direction that you want to go.
