Personal Statement

I can help if you have a child with behavioral or emotional problems. I can also help you if you are an adult suffering with anxiety, depression, or problems with your relationships. Once we share an understanding of the problem, I use supportive evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy tailored to your expressed needs. With children, I always fully involve the parents in treatment. With couples, I provide effective and exciting sessions that improve relationships by improving communication.

Dr. Eberlin works closely with children and parents using cognitive and behavioral methods that have been proven effective by peer reviewed research. . With couples and families, he uses an exciting, engaging directive cognitive behavioral technique that teach communication, problem solving, compromise, and negotiation skills that improves couples’ and families’ abilities to get through difficult times and conflicts.
