Personal Statement

Are you unhappy inside, unfulfilled within your relationship or sexually dissatisfied? As a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience, my goals are to help you recognize your inner worth and embrace ALL of who you are, strengthen your relationships by increasing more connection and authenticity, and bring intimacy back into the bedroom.

By utilizing various clinical lenses, I will help you identify blocks in your life that are holding you back from achieving your goals and potential, as well as help you gain insight and make changes into long-standing relationship patterns and/or negative beliefs that are preventing you from experiencing joy and deep fulfillment in your life & relationships…

I view people holistically on their path of discovery. Some of my specialties include: Couple Therapy, Sex Therapy, Trauma, Infidelity, Tapping & EMDR, Communication Issues, Therapy for Therapists, Gender & Sexuality Issues, LGBTQ Issues, and Conflict-Resolution. I also incorporate various psychotherapy energy-based modalities, mindfulness-based techniques and guided visualizations. I view individuals holistically, approaching clients from a strengths-based perspective on their personal path of discovery and often utilize various modalities of Energy Psychology, such as tapping.
