    My Approach to Helping

The need for adolescent therapy due to poor school performance, bullying, and all types of mood issues has become a main part of my practice. I have great results and would love to share testimonials with you upon request.

Working from a Strengths-Based, Systemic Perspective, I work collaboratively with clients to help them set and reach their goals. Due to the ever changing individual and cultural needs of youth and families today, I use a variety of effective therapeutic approaches. Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy as well as others that best meet the client’s needs at the stage they are in. All of the therapeutic techniques are strongly respected and research shows them to be successful over time.

    More Info About My Practice

Call me at any time with questions. I always want people to feel comfortable in any way I can, to start this process.
