Many people struggle some time in their life and reaching out is a sign of strength. In the first session we’ll do an intake and find out your goals for therapy. Once we have that we will come up with a game plan to achieve your goal.
I have many tools to share with you to get you back to who you are. With training in a variety of conventional forms of therapy, I draw upon their strengths to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple. I also supplement therapy with mindfulness training and various relaxation techniques.
