Personal Statement

Ultimately, I’m passionate about supporting you. You are in control of choosing what intrinsic and extrinsic life experience you’d prefer to have. Together, we’ll explore the aspects of your life that you’d like to keep, what you’d choose to no longer experience, and what you’d gain from implementing positive change. By identifying recurring thought patterns, painful emotions, and unwanted repetitive behaviors, we can incorporate helpful coping tools to guide you away from these unwanted experiences and towards an opportunity to heal, grow and successfully progress in your life.

Therapy is about personal growth and healthy life-style changes. Together, we’ll learn more about the challenges that you’re experiencing and navigate a personalized path forward that will allow you to progress towards achieving your personal goals. I couple evidence-based treatments with a conscious-awareness approach that is geared towards navigating you away from unwanted patterns and towards favorable thoughts and experiences. My goal is to foster an authentic, comfortable, and safe relationship where we can explore opportunities for positive change.
